Nanmisu

I am originally from Shanghai, China and now based in San Francisco. Two things about me: I love a strong cup of coffee and I’ve always had a sweet tooth, so it is no surprise that I have a special place in my heart for tiramisu. I was inspired to make my own after tasted a homemade tiramisu recipe by a good friend of mine. I soon started sharing my confections with friends and community, mostly just a small bite here and there, and before I knew it, I was fulfilling tiramisu requests for birthday parties, baby showers, and BBQs!

I love experimenting with Asian-inspired flavors, and am always looking to hone my craft to reach the perfect balance of texture and flavor where the ultimate compliment is “it’s not too sweet!”

I hope you taste in nanmisu not just the fresh, high quality ingredients I am dedicated to always using, but a little of my heart I pour into each batch. Thank you for joining me on my journey!
